Another Month, Another Newsletter
Two newsletters, actually. The National Association of Sentencing Commissions (NASC) has just published its most recent edition of The Sentencing Guidelines. Always a terrific read, this particular edition has plenty of info about the forthcoming annual NASC conference in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on August 5-7th. The New Jersey Commission to Review Criminal Sentencing has also published its monthly newsletter, which can be accessed here.
