Not only have the good prosecutors running the Bad Prosecutors site made a list of the Top 10 in the country right now, they’re providing certificates of bad performance. I like this site.
(But with the US AG resignation, will they remove his name and place a new offender on the list? If so, may I suggest this guy in MS (Mississippi, not Missouri)? This is about as clear a cut case of prosecutor mal and misfeasance as imaginable, and it’s not just because it’s in MS. He’s just a very egregious case. Remember—how often do you ever hear of old cases being reopened and the real offenders being pursued when the innocence of the people in prison has been established?)
