Fed Guidelines in LA Times

Teri Carns of the admirable Alaska Judicial Council kindly sent along this story I missed this weekend in the LA Times doing a number on the federal guidelines and detailing some of the offenders and cases that have caused fed judges and guideline critics to gnash teeth (looove saying "gnash") and call for their change. Good overview if you don't think you're susceptible to depression.
