Double Dose Outside the Cage

Pam Clifton at Think Outside the Cage has good links to a couple of strong pieces on sentencing, especially the drug side of it, including the current NYTimes story on how last week’s sentencing decisions may be a move in a good direction but really are just baby steps that way and the Drug Policy Alliance’s conference which lauded progress in rhetoric that it would like to start seeing more in policy and practice.
