Now Whence the States?

I’ll leave it to Doug Berman and the commenters at Sentencing Law and Policy to parse through the ramifications of the US Sentencing Commission’s decision on reducing past crack sentences retroactively. My major interest is to see how many, if any, of the states revisit what they’ve been doing and maybe follow suit as a result. And this gave me the best chance in a long time to say “whence.”
