Michael,

I am a columnist for the Badger Herald and I'm planning on writing a column about the disproportionate incarceration of Blacks in Wisconsin. This blog is a gold mine of info, but to use it I want to make sure it is accredited and that I can attribute it to somebody specific. What background do you have in sentencing etc.? I will check over the next couple days to see if you respond, but it would also be great if you could email me at craver@wisc.edu I would really appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks!
