We've been skeptical here for a long time about the nation's Drug Czar's lips mov . . . I'm sorry, his assertions that coke supply has been seriously diminished, quantities and qualities and prices all going down. Grits for Breakfast finds the news that, yes, indeed, we've actually dropped in the amount of coke we've stopped coming in. More spending, less effect. That epitaph may be in great demand when historians get to this period of our history and policy in the future.
