Sentencing in Tennessee

A kind reader has sent along this notice of some really good work going on in TN. The report shows what states can do with good effort and the contribution they can make to the debates.

I just wanted to share a link towhat's going on in Tennessee regarding sentencing statistics. At thispoint the report just benchmarks where Tennessee is at sentecing-wise -but is available here:

In the future I hope to look at conventional number preference insentencing (novel idea, huh?) as well as performing pre and post reform act comparisons holding several variables constant in an attempt tofurther gauge reform act effects.
