What's Been Neglected

While we’ve been pouring money on incarceration. The American Society of Civil Engineers has its report card of all the infrastructure decline that we’ve experienced in, coincidentally, the same period as our prison buildup (and this doesn't include all the bad hamburger, peanut butter, and sprouts that don't get inspected well). Good thing none of this has any impact on public safety. It’s actually funny, until somebody loses a bridge.
