What? People Aren't Rational??

Study in Britain finds that over half of subjects don’t plan ahead and consider future consequences when making important decisions. Not sure why I’m mentioning that. Has no relevance to corrections sentencing offenders, participants, or policymaking at all. (Just don’t tell economists. It would only upset them.)
