This is a really good idea and should be supported in all ways. But it will lead to increased reported crime rates even if no real increase in actual domestic violence has occurred. This is also a really good area for future TECHNOCORRECTIONS once Big Pharma and Biotech can offer victims alternatives to prison so their partners can stay home and maybe even knock it off. Seems like it would be an easy program to evaluate, before-after, all that. Anybody out there interested?
