Mentally Ill Diversion

Probably not the greatest title for a post, I admit, but this story about a court program to divert mentally ill offenders in Dallas is worth your time. The point of the story is to focus on some of the successes despite the natural cynicism and fatalism that most of us (not looking in my mirror at the moment) bring to the topic. Nice to hear the stories and nice to have somebody in the media recognize that sometimes there is actually reason to hope for at least some of the folks who pass our way. (h/t Crime and Justice News)
