The Monkey Cage

is a new and very good political science blog that, in its first two months, has managed to bring to light some great research with the right touch of writing style to warrant a lot of hits daily, even from those not of the poli sci persuasion. And posts like these on a recent replication of the Milgram authority experiments, that found that, despite all we’ve been taught about those experiments, they still end up with the same results today demonstrate that there’s a lot of good stuff for us in corrections sentencing there, too. (Not to mention for those of us who serve on Institutional Review Boards.) Check them out over the holiday. You know you’ll have time.
