ID and Private Prisons

ID has become the latest state to consider opting for cheaper and faster in getting prisons built by going private, although some Republicans may challenge the governor there who’s pushing the idea. Nice concise story on how that debate fleshes itself out in the early days before the lobbyists win . . . I mean, before the decision is made.
